I've noticed this a few times now and wondered if anyone else has. At various airports the ground vehicles suddenly develop spasms and look like they're suffering a serious bout of the hiccups. It only lasts a minute or so, then the revert to motionless accessories.It kinda makes me laugh, but I'm sure there's gonna be a cure out there somewhere from someone who can decipher what's happening.
