May 1, 20206 yr I have spent so much time looking for a solution that i tell you the one i found after deleting, exe.dll, prepar3D.dll, xml.dll nothing has changed. My solution has been in ORBX. Trying to buid a new scenery in ORBX , it told me that it was not posible to overwirte. the solution is in the configuration of the protection against the ransonware in WIN10. Disable this and try, it has been ok for me. julien
