Any way to get rid of yoke in VC?

Just wondering if there is any way to get rid of the yoke in VC view? I covers lots of switches and guages (i.e. landing gear indicator in some aircraft). I'm assuming there has to be a texture file or something I can get rid of, but I haven't found it yet. Thanks.Robert
