PKSIM CALI INSTALLING PROBLEMS

Hello Everybody its me again the one who can not install the Bogota Addon scenary , i tought that maybe the problem was the serial number that simmmarket sent to me , so i decide to take risk of buy an other scenary , so i Bought today CALI , why not , and guess what , the same problem of the BOGOTA , appears a window that says ERROR SERiAL NUMBER COULD NOT VERIFY i am going writhe the list of things that i have done > 

1 Firewall of Windows 10 / disable 

2 Modem Firewall / disable 

3 setup RUN as administrator / DONE

4 WEb Browser set EDGE updated as default /DONE 

5 User Account Control Manager into the NEVER selection 

6 i wrote manually the serial KEY an also copy paste .

I already contact the support from PKSIM , and they told me , that the problem is my computer , their servers works just fine . 

If anybody wants to help me with some ideas , i will appreciate.

 

really i have spent like 3 weeks trying to install BOGOTA , 

i dont know what else to do .
