Frame rate and database

I've just got myself a copy of this one and the King Air, but have some issues.  For some reason the frame rate cuts right back to about 1 and the building database starts at around 12% and slowly creeps to about 16% after a very long time.

Just tried again now it's started building at 10% and 0.2 frame rate
