P3DV4 VC shaders flash when moving head

So in any given aircraft the vc shaders flash a darker black when I move the camera around. You can imagine how unbearable this is in the PMDG 737. If I move my head from main view to overhead basically every shader in sight flashes. 

Im using PTA but no one else has reported problems like this before. 

Even stranger is that orbx central also has this shadow lag. Which makes me think this is down to nvidia driver. 

Any help is massively appreciated this is in many ways ruining the sim 😞
