Reality XP for G530 not working

Hi, I have a RealSimGear G530 which is great and works OK with the generic XPlane 11 BE58 but I need more realism so I purchased the Reality XP software for XPlane and successfully downloaded it together with the Garmin GNS Trainer Lite.

I have read the Reality XP User Manual but still cannot get the software to function. When I check the Plugins pull down the RSG 530 is there and connected but there is no mention of a Reality XP GNS.

I have checked all the Windows security settings as instructed in the User Manual but still no luck.

It has been suggested that I check the Log files but there are no relevant log files that I can find.

Can someone from Reality XP remotely access my computer to check the installation is correct?
