Help with Logitech Flight Rudders programming

The flight rudders work well in testing as far as axis.

But I have this un-named Logitech control software that has the logitech logo and then ST in my taskbar. I have programmed Numpad-7 for left and Numpad-9 for right and saved it. But when I test the pedals again they are not throwing the keyboard keys. I'm not sure what I'm missing in this clumsy software.
