Need serious help

I have a bunch of problems with importing FS2004 planes into FSX, posted the question once before but got no reply now i have some screenshots attached maybe someone can help me out here.For some reason i have a problem with tooltips,Example:I transfered some aircraft from FS2004, example the Ford Tri-Motornow the plane works great and VC works great, but in VC the tooltips are just a big bold black text and it cant be read.Also the 2d panels do not always show, in a picture below you can see the tooltip text to bold and at the same time the 2d panel not showing up, however sometimes the 2d panel does work and that is exactly my problem, i know they work but why do they sometimes not work. Also because of this problem i can not have the radio stack or gps popup in VC.Any help anyone can give would be very much apreciated and im sure others will be helped with this to.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/159710.jpg
