No in game sound

Featured Replies

Been out of sim flying for 5 years and getting back into it. Well the better half was big into virtual airlines. So she bought the new one on Steam....

Apart from the controls not showing up because of steam.... The game starts and the sound plays for the advertising splash screens but there is no in game sound at all. There is minimal functionality in game to see what's going on as well. I found another with the issue and no fix. So It is in the middle of redownloading the game. Anyone know of any fixes if that doesn't work.

If it doesn't fix it I will just have her put in for a refund through steam as so far it's a steaming pile of dog word not allowed. I have never had this much trouble getting FSX or older versions to work. I have never been this frustrated with getting a piece of software to be even partially functional. Oh and yeah the game crashed many times just at the menu screen. I really was starting to tear my hair out its that bad...

Oh and the first and only "flight" so far I couldn't release the brake via the keyboard because I have never heard of or seen a "Num del" button on a keyboard(must be on french keyboards).Delete didn't work and neither did numlock. When I did release it in the cockpit the gauges all read like the plane was flying but I was still sitting still on the runway. Very dissapointed so far and hopefully I can get it to where I can actually try to fly at some point. Oh and why do I have to push a key to continue. I clicked the shortcut to play the game I don't need to tell the computer again...
