Reinstalled FS9

Featured Replies

Ok, Let me preface this by saying I really like FSX and have been using the retail version for about three weeks now. I'm happy with the frame rates and performance I'm getting and like many of the features.Now. I had uninstalled FS9 about 2 days after installing FSX. Today I reinstalled FS9. Mainly so I could leech some of the add-on files from FS9 and try them in FSX. Well, one thing led to another and I ended up re-installing GE, UT, Ultimate Traffic, FE, Active Camera, etc, etc, etc. Plus I installed my dearly loved LDS 767 and PMDG747/737. I fired it up. Put ALL sliders as far right as they will go, flew the LDS from KATL to KJFK. Frame rates-40 on the ground at KATL. 50-70 in the air. Smooth as silk. I think I'll keep it on the hard drive a bit longer;-)
