Landing on water with waves (problem)

Hi, 

I recently tried to land on water. I added waves by adding wind. However, when I land in the water (with waves), the plane doesn't exactly land "on" the waves. It lands either "inside" the waves, or a few meters above the waves (as if the waves were only a visual effect that don't affect the position of the plane). Are you experiencing the same problem?
