August 20, 20205 yr After installing FS2020 the setup screen of TrackIR is greyed out. TrackIR still works in FSX, not in FS2020, but setup screen is still grayed out while in FSX. TrackIR software is 5.4.2 and I downloaded a new copy. Uninstalled TrackIR and reinstalled, no help. Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas as to fix? ideas.

August 21, 20205 yr Author After calling the great customer support at Natural Point my TrackIR 5 is working fine. Part of the icon that I needed to click to open the setup screen was hidden under my task bar. A change in the size of images/text in windows fixed it. It now works smoothly in Flight Simulator 2020 after updating the supported game list in TrackIR 5. MS2020 is there now.
