Strange loading problems after one flight

Featured Replies

I'm having some odd problems with FSX. It's fine for the first flight, but returning to the menu I get a black screen where the preview of the aircraft model should be. If I then start another flight, the real problems start. Usually loading the flight takes a good while, but on the second (and all subsequent flights) it rushes through and puts me in the sim before the world is anywhere near loaded and constructed. The plane then freaks out and takes off at full power even if loaded with all engines and systems off.I'm using the latest nVidia drivers, and have an AMD4000+ and 1Gb RAM.The only way I can get round this is to entirely reboot the PC after every flight!Anyone else seeing this, or have a solution?Cheers,Gareth

Sorry - just bumping as it fell off the first two pages....
