Has anyone been able to setup nosewheel steering using the "set steering, increase steering and decrease steering inputs" included in the Options screen for mapping.  Buttons and axis inputs don't seem to work with "Set Steering".   Currently I'm turning  my aircraft with the rudder axis of my Logitech X-56 Rhino HOTAS Joystick but this is not the best way.  Any help is appreciated.
