Flaps and VNav disagee B738

Good Day,

Due internal problems, I've recentely formated my PC and reistall my B738.

Now, flaps increase or decrease two points, it'isnt posible to set flaps 5 because clicking once "jumps" to flaps 2, clickin again flaps goes to 10, no to 5

Also, after T/O  VNav does not follow FMC parameters, Vertical Speed is too low and Ias/mach increase very very slow, also sometimes even LNav  becomes crazy

FMC is correctely programed
