After the new update from today I have problems with the left engine of the a320. After pulling both engines, waiting till 20.5 an close APU Bleed, APU and turning ENG-Knop to NORM the left engine went down. Am I doing something wrong?

There're several topics there, wait for a new update.

Apparently the workaround for that issue is to NOT power-off/close the APU, and setting fuel x-feed to on...I haven't tried it, but that's what I see on their Discord.
