Camera Window Cannot be Resetor Moved Down

Hi, I have a problem with the camera window.  It is "stuck" at the top of the screen so I cannot choose which view I want to use. Everything above "SMARTCAM" has disappeared off the top of the screen, whereas it used to show "RESET POSITION" etc.  

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
