**Lights appear to hang in the air above the ground**

Does anyone else see this ? Seems that the lights are about 1 feet above the ground....this is the same no matter what type of lights..runway...taxiway...approach etc....Please post your findings and if it can be fixed TaPS. For all you Dual Core users...I may have stumbled upon a possibe solution to cure your stutters....It may help you as it did me..
