Within the same country, Croatia,  different airports have different time zones. LDZA (Zagreb, Pleso) has +1 GMT (+1 DST) so it has  +2 from GMT which is correct at present time.

LDSP (Split, Kaštela) has +1 GMT but no DST so it runs1 hour behind the official time.

Any chance of changing this in some config file?  Have reported it to Zendesk.
