NGXu,NGX problem flight controls dont response and radio

I flew  2 days ago  and today when I had to switch to another ATC at the aircraft I can't change frequency on radio panel.Flight controls (sidestick and throttle) didn't respond to my joystick(or mouse yoke)and I couldn't open anything addon - gsx,coutl,sode etc.I tried NGXu and NGX its same thing but in other aircrafts(777 747-4 747-8) i dont have this problem
