October 28, 20205 yr I got my CH Eclipse in mid-October after waiting for it for about a month and half. Once I got it, I thought it was plug and play. I could not get it t work and I trying a number of internet suggestions, but to no avail. After two weeks I contact the company and got a call back. Well, I had added a couple of programs that I should not have. Jon help me through the process of cleaning the drives our. It took a while and he told me that they had made a patch for the CH Eclipse yoke and sure enough it started working, Jon had me start Microsoft game controller and it found the CH Eclipse. I checked all the axles and buttons and all seem to be OK. Jon suggested that I check it on MSFS 2020. I trying one to the flight challenges and found that the throttle did not work nor the prop or mixture. I then tried it again on the MS game controller and sure enough the throttle was only working in idle and would quit once off the post. Jon was surprised, but told me to sent it back to where I bought it. I shipped it out today. I really think Jon and his company did me right. It was nice to see a company that does the right thing. I still have not flown MSFS2020 since I bought it in August.
