Help installing SimFlyer Bendix King for FSX

Hi, everyone.  I came here hoping to find some help installing the SimFlyer Bendix King package on FSX for Steam.  

I've run the installer, and it created the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FSX\SimFlyer.  The only file in that folder is the user manual.

I followed the instructions to edit my .cfg files, but when I run FSX I don't see any evidence that SimFlyer package is installed.  

Any help or advice that anyone can provide would be much appreciated.  I don't even know where to start troubleshooting this.
