In reference to the Jetways, someone posted that advanced animations must be enabled. I have searched for this setting and don't find a setting like that. Did I miss it or is this called something else.

Look in the Display Settings/Graphics tab. It's a checkbox under "Global Options", labelled "Advanced animations".
