Do the FFX aircrafts work in FSX, How about the Sky Decks panel vol 3.1 ???One last question: How do I set up an FSFSconv folder where I could place the panel data (gauges, bmp's) of those panels I want to alias to my a/crafts.Edmundo Cardenas Private Pilot SELCaracas, Venezuela
November 30, 200619 yr Hi,I've tried with the Mirage2000N for FS9 made by Roland Laborie, Jean Pierre Bourgeois and Pierre Marchadier.here as an example : http://library.avsim.net/search.php?Search....zip&CatID=rootAll I have to do is:- Copy the main folder of the aircraft to the correct FSX folder : x:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesMicrosoft Flight Simulator XSimObjectsAirplanes- For the panel, open the panel.cfg file in the aircraft panel folder with notepad. You'll see several lines gauges=01,02, ... and so on.ie:gauge00=..aircraftMir2000N-LpanelRollusgauges!horizsec,287,592,110,110use the replace tool in the "edition" menu of notepad like this :replace : =..aircraftMir2000N-Lpanelby : =and clic "replace all"so you get all the lines look like this :gauge00=Rollusgauges!horizsec,287,592,110,110(note that all .cab and bmps must be in the aircraft panel folder not in the main FSXgauges folder)- For the sounds, open the sound.cfg file in the aircraft sound folder and make sure aliases (if any) actually exists. For the Mirage2000 I had to replace "alias=B737_400sound" by "alias=B737_800sound" as the B737_400 no longer exists in FSX- For the effects files, they still must to be placed in the main FSX Effects folder.Hope this helps.
