LEBL V2.1 Justsim no AI traffic

Hi there, I am running P3D V5.1 and purchased LEBL V2.1 on Simmarket. All works fine, also the animated gates. However I have no AI traffic ( slider in P3D 50%) but the whole airefield is absolutely empty... ( except my own airplane)

Any tips and idea what can be wrong ?
