Clear all controls assignments particular controller

I am using a combination of Honeycomb Alpha and Logitech throttle controllers - flying the Cessna Skyhawk on sightseeing missions but would like add another  controller (Logitech Extreme 3D) just to use for Drone camera operations.  I need to get way from using the keyboard as it will be easier for me to use the joystick buttons rather than the keyboard because of certain physical limitations and space requirements.

To get started I would like to clear all default assignments of Extreme 3D to avoid any conflicts with the Alpha and Throttle controllers.  I would then add assignments to the Extreme 3D as I learn Drone and other Camera operations.

Is there a way to remove all default assignments before starting this process.
