P3D V5.1 DROP FPS !

Hello,
 
I write here because I can't log into P3D forum.
 
Everything is on my video when i fly with Fslabs, PMDG, it's clean and every  one or two minutes my FPS drop like on the video I don't know why I've tried every settings everything is up to date. I don't know what to do. Maybe it's a setting that i don't see I don't know help me it's really annoying ! especially when I land.
