February 24, 20215 yr Hi, I posted this on another board but didn't get a solution. I truly enjoy flying the Ovation in X-Plane 11, but the wind noise is unbearable and takes away all of the fun of flying this amazing aircraft. From shortly after rotation and all the way through climb, cruise and descent, the sound of the wind is so out of proportion with ambience inside the aircraft, that it is now rendering it unusable. I have activated the Bose noise canceling, and that helped a little, but it is still very difficult to hear the output sounds from the engine - especially during the important phases of climb and descent. I have already tried every possible adjustment combination in XP's sound setup, as well as totally disabling wind sounds in XP Realistic. I would really hate to have to ground this aircraft because of this. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions.
