The procedure for Bandung Airport is not in the database, so I try to add it to a flight plan manually. How can I add the teardrop (? correct term? )?

You have to add  additional waypoints to approximate an arc.
IMHO. the simplest way to get a better shape is moving  existed point WP2 to the SouthEast to get an  isosceles triangle (with WP2- WP3 as a base),
then add additional waypoints on the right of the WP2-WP3 line to get a kite (rhombus).  Of course,  the more additional points - the better arc approximation 🙂

Thanks, so I actionally did not miss anything, I thought there was something prefabricated like the holding pattern. So there is no Bezier-like line tools.
