50 FPS in VR BUT still some flashes...

As the screenshots will show, I am getting 50 FPS over the country, and 30 FPS over cities in VR. I also have a screenshot of my graphics settings in VR.

Note I have clicked oculus developer/demo mode on as I saw on a youtube vid that it will help with the flashes.

Found the solution...have to opt out of beta apparently...will test.
