PKSim Lima: CTD after reinstall

Dear friends, I'm getting frustrated: I unistalled and reinstalled PKSim's Lima and now, I'm having a CTD each time at startup. It always happens between 86 and 100%, so I thought AI traffic (I use Alpha India) might be the culprit. But even without AI Traffic, the CTD persists. No idea what might cause it.

Sim is P3Dv4.5 HF2. I have also ORBX South America LC installed there.

Any help kindly appreciated!
