Control Panel Showing on Every Start Up

Hi,

 

Every time I start XPRealisticV2 the control panel appears.

I have a profile set up for the 737 Zibo on X-Plane 11, according to the manual once the profile is set up the control panel shouldn't show for that aircraft.

Any Ideas?
