Criss-cross vectoring

Thanks, GeofA for coining this phrase. It's appropriate to my post.A worrisome "trend" that I've been noticing in FS X is crazy vectoring on IFR approaches to large airports. On approaches to LAX and KBOS, ATC was vectoring me all over the place. For example, coming from the southwest towards LAX, I got vectored east of the AP, then well north of the AP, then I got turned around almost 180 degrees and was vectored back toline up with 24R ILS. It seemed pretty unrealistic and I don't recall FS9 ATC being this "illogical".I'm wondering if the ATC "engine" was modified in some way for FS X.
