greetings to all, I am new here and sadly i must report about Buying troubles with reality xp.

 

Today i buyed a GNS 750 for xplane 11 and all is o.k.

After some time today i buyed a GTN 650 in the bundle offer too.

But there is an error in the buying process :

I recieved a code from the 650 and in the further "complete PayPal Purchase" there allways flipps up the message :

"Your Order coud not be approved because of the following reason

Coupon : Reqired order number not found

Please check your information and try again "

 

I tried it some times but always flipps up the message

 

I had the right order No from 750 code written.

Because i will no double purchase i have closed the site. A mail to the support of Reality XP had no function.

Has anyone a functioning mail address with Reality XP ?

Hi again,

the problem is solved.

I did the buying again and all was ok.

Perhaps was an instabil internet connection the reason.
