Hello, no matter what I set in my graphics options I always get 16 fps. I tried restoring settings to default state and still, I get 16 fps. Also, tried changing from lowest to the highest quality settings with no luck. Is that a bug or something ?

Is your frame rate locked at 16? If so, you can change it under the Options > Display menu. Find the frame rate slider on the Hardware page. R-
