P3dv5.2 rain transparency problem

Fb video of problem (v5 group)

as seen in the link videos, the problem is next; grass and some default trees and 3d grass blinking through the rain. Problem exists on multiple airports. Besides mesh, some other airports objects blink through rain aswell. What could be the problem? 
 

i did full reinstall upon updating also deleted p3d.cfg and cleared shaders.
