Trim Switch on Xplane 172

I'm using a Honeycomb Alpha yoke and I cannot get any of the up/down trims to work with the buttons on the yoke.

I've tried assigning all the possible up trims to button 5 and 6 and none seem to work.

Any help would be appreciated as this yoke ha really heavy tension if not continually trimmed.
