Don't know if this has been discussed or if I missed something, but I went to fly the 748 today after not having touched it for awhile.  Downloaded the latest Mr. Salty mod and loaded it up.  Went well but found I was looking at the panels and out the windows through the pilots skull and now had a co-pilot as well, so how to get rid of them?

Well, I guess I figured it out, Mr. Salty's Discord server mentioned using the FMC and the Salty button to change tis condition, problem was my FMC did not have it.  So a number of downloads and add on manager tweaks got it working without pilots.  I probably couldn't reproduce the fix, but I just won't touch anything.  This might be useful for someone to at least point them in the right direction if need be.
