After installing an fs9 add-on aircraft (Alphasim Typhoon)there has been a black bar (see below) that changes color to whatever 2-d panels are over it. It doesn't seem to go away and it appears on all my aircraft including the default fsx aircraft. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Its a common problem with alphasim and wings of power fs9 aircraft, which otherwise work flawlessly in FSX. :)There's a sticky on alphasim's forum about it, but here's how you fix it:Go into the panel folder for the aircraft in question, and open the panel.cfg in notepad/wordpad etc.Go to the very bottom of the file, and you will find a section that looks like this:{Default View}X=0Y=0SIZE_X=8192SIZE_Y=6144Make sure the Size_X and Size_Y values are exactly as above. If the Y value is less than that, there's your black bar. Change them to those values, save the file, restart FSX, and you're good to go. Make sure to do that for every plane in question, some aircraft have multiple panel folders.Cheers.
