Carenado's Waco Biplane not installing.

The file is in the P3D v5.2 folder as specified by Carenado.  As the Waco is being installed it stops and I get 404 ERROR (incorrect serial).  I'm assuming S/N.  I tried again to install and 404 ERROR (incorrect Email)???
