Plugins not showing in x plane 11

Hello,

I have installed a plugin for x plane 11, I have put it in the right folder. But when I go to the plugins tab in x plane, the plugin isn't there. 

It only says "show plugin admin" nothing else. Can someone please help me, thanks.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
