Strange problem in Istanbul?

Hello folks,

 I have installed scenery for LTBA Istanbul Ataturk airport from Taxi2gate in P3D 4.5.14 and there are some strange lines visible above the city of Istanbul, not the scenery.

Only thing I installed recently is Dynamic Lights for LTBA downloaded from iniBuilds web..

I attached a picture, so if anyone knows where this came from?Ewd6uEO.png
