Why are my engines always off when I load a flight?

Featured Replies

Recently when I load up a flight it starts with my engines off, and I have to start them everytime. I cannot figure how why this is or how to change it. Any ideas?

The possibility of this evolving from a saved flight with engines off? Try running the default startup flight, and then make your aircraft & scenery changes, then save as a new default flight. Or, get the engines started, and save it as the startup.L.Adamson

It does it when starting a new flight, as well as with my save flights. I'll double check by setting a new default or try saving one more.

Could also be the choice of airport - if you choose an altiport the rarified air can cause the engines to stutter and die before they havea chance to `bite`.Allcott
