Aircraft pic not showing on free flight screen

Hi, I recently converted two fs9 planes to fsx. The planes work correctly with fsx with cockpits and textures showing correctly. I created thumbnails of the planes which also appear correctly in the ac selection screen. I used to be able to see the selected ac when I chose it and it would appear in larger 3d form on the free flight screen. Now when I select the converted plane, it does not appear in the free flight screen but still works when u choose "fly now".
