GTN 750 reinstall fails - Internet connection (resolved)

After submitting F1 credentials for reinstall, it reports an error even though I have an Internet connection and do NOT have any firewall or anti-virus or any other program running.

I do have a router as do most people. Is it necessary to open up some ports on the router ?

It worked itself out. Invoking the installer several different times (without changing anything) git it to work. The Internet connection test does NOT seem very reliable.
