October 14, 20214 yr I’m trying to setup a microphone for my FS2Crew module. Because of the distance, I have to use an extension cable. The mic, however, is not recognised by my PC when I’m using the extension. I tried the following. 1. Plug the cable as line in and then the microphone to the extension, the PC doesn’t acknowledge the mic. 2. Plug in the mic to the extension first and then plug the extension to the mic port.
