Thomas Ruth A310 ILS/VOR tuning

I am not sure if this is the correct place. I recently installed the Thomas Ruth A310 for P3D v5.2 . Over all,it's not bad at all,for freeware. My issue is I cannot tune the ILS or VOR frequencies. I click on them,but they will not change from 113.7

I tried changing the [radios] section to:

[Radios]
audio.1=1
com.1=1, 1
com.2=1, 1

nav.1=1, 0, 1
nav.2=1, 0, 0
adf.1=1

transponder.1=1
marker.1=1

But no luck.
