April 7, 200719 yr Okay, Well here it goes been dealing with this since day one of Vista Install... So, let tell you all what I have found. In the Bios there is a function called NVIDIA GPY Ex or something similar. Disable that function. No more running out of memory for me. New problem that comes from that fix, "Crash to desktop".... diffrent times, and places... I've been able to fly from KMRYto KSBA no problem. Took off from KSBA en-route to KBUR. On apporach crash to desk top.... :-( Here's another catch... I can fly longer with Vista 64bit. Vista 32bit crashes a lot sooner... Hope we can have a fix soon... NVIDA or MS should come out with something... 5Take Care, Will Clark My computer: Intel 14900K, Motherboard ROR Maximus Z790 Formula, PSU Dark Power 1600, Ram DDR5 (7200) Vengeance 32GB CL38, ASUS 4090, Keyboard Logitech ASUS, Mouse ROCCAT LEADR Wireless, Corsair M.2 SSD 4TB x2, Headset Astro A50 Wireless, Microphone Elgato Wave 3, Stream Deck Elgato XL, GoXLR, Loopdeck Live, Chair Steelcase Gesture with Headrest, Case: Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL ROG White, Custom Built water cooling, Ek Lian li xl distro plate, Fittings EK & Bitspower, Monitor LG C1 48 OLED, Desk Speakers Audio Engine A5+ White.
April 7, 200719 yr There is a new BIOS for all 680 cards. You should update that, it may be the root cause of the problem.Allcott
April 8, 200719 yr Allcott, Thanks for the response, I'm currently running P26 Bios for the EVGA 680i board. I'm pretty sure that is the most up to date BIOS... I'm checking into the NVIDA drivers for windows... Hope you all are doing well.. April 10, 200719 yr BTW, just a suggestion, but you might read through the posts in that link I provided...basically, the jury is still out with the P27, some are having great results, some are, err, not......like I said, just a suggestion...I always read through the posts from the 'quick-adopters' before I apply any BIOS upgrade, just so I can see if any problems have been introduced...
