Hi i build some time ago a panel for FS2004.Now when i trying to load this panel the FSX says thatthis is an old gauge from FS98.most of the gauges are XML.whay FS2004 can load it but FSX not ? is this will be fixed as one of back support fixes ?

FS98 gauges are NOT supported, and won't be. The legacy support goes back to FS2002, and no further. You probably need to find a replacement gauge.Allcott
